Work package aims. The main objective of this WP is the tailoring of training programme contents to a Blended Learning system, defining the system and its architecture: – Selection of programme modules to be taught in the classrooms by local experts within the pilot project to be developed (transferred) in Romania in next WP. – Selection of most advanced and innovative e-learning tool and adaptation of selected modules of programme contents in order to develop distance training pilot project in all project member countries in the next WP.
