Work package aims:
1. Definition and Implementation of a Management and Coordination Method to ensure a correct execution of WPs during the Project lifetime. 2. Implementation of the required steering and management bodies for effective technical and financial control of the Project (monitoring of on-going activities). 3. Fulfillment of all European Commission (reporting on time and under the agreed quality standards) and Project partners requirements (ensuring communication flow among the partners). 4. Solving any problems that may come up during the project’s completion.
